The Enough Program / Cohort 02

ENOUGH
High performance without the constant need for more.
You've built a life that works.
You're effective. Respected. In motion.
And it still doesn't feel like enough.
The next milestone comes.
The baseline stays the same.
This program fixes that.
It works. And it's running you.
You've mastered the mechanics of achievement.
But the system no longer turns off.
What used to drive you now runs on its own, creating a constant background pressure that never fully resolves.
01
The next milestone starts before the last one lands
02
Rest feels unfamiliar, or slightly wrong
03
Success registers intellectually, not viscerally
04
A baseline tension you no longer question

This is a nervous system problem, not a mindset problem.
You don't need better strategies.
You need a system that can actually register completion.
This program recalibrates how you operate:
- – regulating the nervous system
- – stabilizing internal energy
- – separating identity from performance
So achievement stops being the thing that defines how you feel.
This isn't about stress. It's about maturity.
A developmental shift, not a performance fix.
The pattern
Most high performers never outgrow the pattern that made them successful.
Pattern 01
The need for more
Pattern 02
The inability to rest
Pattern 03
The sense that something is always missing
It works. Until it doesn't.
The reframe
These aren't performance problems. They're developmental patterns, early-stage traits that drive results but can't produce fulfillment. At a certain point, they stop building your life and start running it.
The transition
From
Being driven by what you haven't proven yet
To
Operating from something that is already complete
Not less ambition. Not less output.
A different foundation.
A measurable shift in how you experience your life.
Changes are tracked across three systems over four months.
Mental
- Decisions made without second-guessing loops
- Noticeable reduction in mental noise
- Ability to focus deeply without internal pressure
Physical
- Stable, predictable energy across the day
- Reduced baseline tension in the body
- Sleep that actually restores
Emotional
- Less reactivity under pressure
- Confidence that isn't tied to outcomes
- A felt sense that what you have is enough
The four-month protocol
Month 01
Foundation
Two group calls. Establishing baseline. Mapping your patterns. Interrupting the loop. Optional 1:1 support available.
Month 02
Immersion
One group call plus a 4-day in-person immersion (included). Deep somatic and environmental reset, including ceremonial work with ancestral plant medicines held in a safe, prepared container. Two optional private 3-day immersions available — one before and one after the group immersion (1 spot each).
Month 03
Integration
Two group calls. Translating the shift into work, relationships, and daily life.
Month 04
Sufficiency
Two group calls. Optional final 4-day immersion. Stabilizing a new baseline.

Simple. Daily. Applied.
This is not theory. Work is implemented through consistent daily practice across six domains.
- 01Somatic awareness
- 02Breath and physiology
- 03Nervous system regulation
- 04Attention training
- 05Environment and lifestyle
- 06Numinous experience
For high performers who recognize the pattern.
- –You've already achieved a great deal
- –You feel a persistent underlying pressure or restlessness
- –You're tired of needing the next thing to feel okay
- –You want to feel better without stepping away from your life
The financial commitment.
Base program
4 months · group container · 4-day immersion included
Optional upgrades
Not therapy
Not a retreat
Not another optimization system
A shift in how your system operates.
From performance-driven, to internally stable.
Limited intake · Cohort 02
If you're ready to stop needing more,
this is where it happens.
I built this because I needed it.
Founder · Facilitator

I did the thing that's supposed to work. I built fast, raised capital, won, and still couldn't turn it off. The pressure didn't go away. It just got more sophisticated.
So I followed it.
Years of dismantling the system that drove me. Through retreats, dietas, long periods of silence, and work with people who have no interest in your success story. Not to escape life, but to understand why it never landed.
There is a point where the drive that builds your life stops letting you live it. Most people never cross it.
I did.
Most of what I found doesn't translate into coaching. This does.
I work with high performers who are ready to stop being run by the same patterns that made them successful. Not by removing ambition, but by removing the pressure underneath it.
Until your system settles.
Until clarity is natural.
Until what you have actually registers.
This is not a peak experience. It is a different baseline.
Questions, answered.
01Who is this not for?
People looking for talk therapy or hoping for a passive experience. This is a rigorous container that requires consistent practice and honest engagement. It can absolutely support people moving through acute crisis, the work meets you wherever you are.
02What does the in-person immersion involve?
Four days in a small, held container. Somatic and breath work, silence, time outdoors, and ceremonial work with ancestral plant medicines when appropriate, integrated within a carefully prepared environment.
03How much time is required?
One group call every two weeks (60–90 minutes), plus a light daily practice. The work is designed to integrate into a demanding schedule, not replace it.
04How large is the cohort?
Maximum of 10 people per cohort. Small enough that everyone is seen, large enough for a real group field.
05Is this confidential?
Strictly. The cohort operates under a clear confidentiality agreement.
06How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Therapy works largely through narrative. Coaching works through goals and accountability. This works through the body and nervous system, with practical lifestyle design and, when appropriate, ritual. The aim is a different baseline, not a better story about it.
07What if I can't make a call?
Calls are recorded and reviewed in 1:1 or async support. Missing one is fine; missing the rhythm is not.
